Students can pursue a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Supply Chain Management from the National Institute of Technology (NIT), studying at the Lahore campus. 

Thanks to NIT’s partnership with Arizona State University (ASU), students will benefit from a range of academic advantages, including, for the first time in Pakistan, courses enhanced with ASU curriculum

This bachelor degree provides students with the knowledge and skills needed to manage global supply chains, optimize operations, and enhance business efficiency. The curriculum integrates business fundamentals, logistics, procurement, and data-driven decision-making to prepare students for the complexities of modern supply chain management.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Students begin with core business courses in finance, marketing, and economics, alongside analytics and leadership development. As they progress, they delve into supply chain-specific topics such as global supply operations, logistics, planning and control systems, and procurement strategies. Courses in business risk management, negotiation, and supply chain strategy ensure students develop a holistic understanding of supply chain operations and decision-making.

 

With a strong focus on technology, data analytics, and international business, the program prepares students to optimize supply chain performance, manage risks, and drive innovation in logistics and procurement. The internship component and capstone project provide hands-on experience, ensuring graduates are well-prepared for dynamic roles in supply chain management, logistics, and operations.

ADMISSIONS

Candidates for the National Institute of Technology (NIT) are selected based on the following criteria:

  1. Academic Background (minimum 12-13 years of education)

  2. Online Application Submission (including submission of supporting documents like Personal Statement, Letters of Recommendation etc.) + Admission Application Fee Payment

  3. SAT Score (optional)

  4. Application Review + Interview (if shortlisted)

 

Meeting the minimum eligibility criteria does not guarantee admission, as selection is competitive. Note that admission decisions are final, and are not subject to modification.

Matriculation/Intermediate Requirements

Applicants must have studied three subjects with a minimum of 60% marks (no specific subject requirements).  

 

Cambridge International (O & A Levels)

 

O Level : Eight subjects (English, Mathematics, Urdu, Islamiyat, Pakistan Studies + 3 electives), with an average of grade C. (Additional Mathematics does not count as an elective)  

 

A Level: Three principal subjects with an average of grade C. (Further Mathematics and General Paper are excluded.)  

OR

 

International Baccalaureate (IB)

  •  Minimum 30/45 points.  

  •  English is compulsory; CAS and TOK must be completed.  

  • Students must also pass Urdu, Islamiyat, and Pakistan Studies (via O-Level/SSC/IB).  

OR

 

High School Diploma (HSD)

  • Minimum 60% overall.  

  • English is required, along with four principal electives in grades 9–12.  

  • Students must also pass Urdu, Islamiyat, and Pakistan Studies (via O Level/SSC/HSD)
