
Faculty Hiring Announcement
The National Institute of Technology (NIT) is seeking highly qualified candidates for full-time and part-time faculty positions across various academic ranks, including Lecturer (Teaching Fellow), Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and Full Professor. These positions offer opportunities to teach undergraduate courses, starting Fall 2025, but the university plans to expand to graduate offerings by Fall 2026.

Qualifications:
● Teaching Fellow: Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
● Assistant Professor: PhD (completed or near completion within six months) with demonstrated potential for high-quality research (e.g., publications in ABDC-A or ABS-3 ranked journals), strong teaching skills in English, and effective communication abilities. Candidates with exceptional teaching and applied research experience may also be considered.
● Senior Positions (Associate/Full Professor): Proven record of publications in high-impact international journals, ability to secure research funding, leadership in academic program development, and a commitment to teaching excellence.
