Key Responsibilities
Provide direct and confidential support to the Chancellor’s Office: managing schedules, prioritizing commitments, and preparing briefing materials.
Draft, review, and finalize official correspondence, policy briefs, and legal or governance documents, ensuring alignment with institutional policies and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with university departments and legal counsel to support compliance with the NIT Charter, HEC regulations, and other applicable laws/statutory bodies.
